UX Help was a personal project that provided accessible UX services to bridge the gap between tech companies with dedicated product teams and small off-line businesses with websites who don't typically have a big or ongoing design budget.

The goal was to make the field of User Experience more approachable for small businesses that may not have been familiar with digital product design best practices. The project offered a curated set of fixed-price services tailored to address common usability and design challenges.

A key focus of the initiative was designing the services themselves. While creating the website was central to the project’s delivery flow, it was just one component of a larger vision to empower small businesses with user-friendly and practical design solutions.
